In 2019, I expanded my practice and dedicated myself to coaching individuals through both expected and unexpected transitions—career shifts, life changes, identity evolution, and moments of uncertainty that ask us to pause and reorient. My work is about creating a compassionate, intentional space where transformation can unfold without pressure, and where self-trust and inner clarity can grow.

I partner with openly evolving humans—people who are grounded in purpose, curious about their inner world, and committed to communicating and living with intention. Together, we explore what it means to lead from a place of calm, confidence, and personal integrity, even in the midst of change.

My approach is intuitive yet structured, spacious, yet focused. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I support clients in aligning with their truth, tapping into their inner wisdom, and finding ease even when the path ahead isn’t fully clear. At the heart of my work is a belief in human resilience and the power of conscious, intentional growth.

Whether you're navigating a career pivot, evolving your identity, or simply craving more alignment in your day-to-day life, I’m here to walk with you—thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with deep respect for your unique process.

My Core Principles

Wholeness

I believe humans are whole and can simultaneously move toward a fuller experience of their wholeness

Diversity

I believe in honoring the full diversity of each human’s experience, deepening awareness

Resourcefulness

I believe humans are inherently resourceful and wise

Freedom

I believe humans have the freedom to choose how we respond, even in the micro-moments

Possibility

I believe so much more is possible if we take the time to process and engage with our unique experiences

Coaching vs. Therapy

It is not uncommon to work with a coach and a therapist simultaneously. Clients often move from therapist to coach and vice versa as they explore and plateau naturally in each space. While coaching is not therapy, it does have healing potential.

Coaching

  • Moves into healing and growth

  • Engages with present and future

  • Asks, “How can I…?”

  • Asks, “What could be better?”

  • Explores values and needs

Therapy

  • Moves into stability and healing

  • Engages with past and present

  • Asks, “Why did I/we/they…?”

  • Asks, “What’s wrong?”

  • Explores story
